Our Team at EDM Construction

Jacquelyn Magill is the Founder and President of EDM Construction.  A construction professional for 25 years with multiple certifications and a broad range of experience, Jacquie holds a Construction Supervisors License, is PTI Certified, and a JIW Ironworker.  Her experience includes managing multi-million dollar transportation projects, including significant CA/T work for MA DOT, at Modern Continental and Iroquois Steel. She worked her way up in the construction field after completing Surveying courses at Salem State College.  Jacquie holds a Certificate in Construction Management and has completed numerous courses in management information systems, accounting and business management at Northeastern University. 

Henrik Pedersen is a Senior Construction Project Manager with experience planning and managing of heavy civil projects, both locally and  internationally.   He has extensive experience in the fields of project management, CPM scheduling, claims, subcontracts management and estimating/budgeting.  Henrik is effective at establishing successful relationships with municipalities, owners, design engineers, consultants, subcontractors and project neighbors to facilitate uninterrupted completion of projects.  He was formerly employed by Pihl Incorporated in Canton, MA and previously in Denmark.  A structural engineer by training, he holds a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.

Paul Munroe is an experienced ironworker and has been a member of Local Seven (Boston) since 1977.  Paul serves as shop foreman, oversees start up field operations, and assists with project estimates, erection procedures and material procurement.  His project experience includes Central Artery Tunnel contracts C17A9 and C17A1, the Tobin Bridge, the Cape Cod Rail Road Bridge, the Massachusetts Turnpike repair bridges, and TF Green Airport.  With EDM since 2000, he previously worked in steel erection at Iroquois Steel (Superintendent), and has been a foreman at Modern Continental, Converse Construction, Prime Steel Erecting, and NB Johnson Steel.  He is a graduate of Wakefield High School and the Local 7 Apprentice Program in structural steel, concrete reinforcing, certified welder, OSHA trained and certified to train employees on forklift.  

Diane Salerno is EDM's Financial Officer/Office Manager.  She has extensive experience in construction finance A/P, A/R, certified payroll, financial reporting and document control.  She holds an Associate in Science Business Administration/Accounting from Marian Court College.  She is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program at Southern New Hampshire University.
